Each day brings us closer to summer, and Plaza St-Hubert has an exciting program in store to make it truly memorable! Whether with family or friends, you can explore the neighborhood, enjoy over 400 shops and businesses, and take part in the summer programming full of surprises.

A Grand Pedestrianization Event
Summer officially kicks off with the pedestrianization of Plaza St-Hubert, from July 4 to August 25, between Bellechasse and Jean-Talon East. Get ready to see the neighborhood transform with activities, art installations, relaxation and coworking spaces, playful areas, and even small stages.

The pedestrian zone will be divided into four sections: Bellechasse to Beaubien East, Beaubien East to Saint-Zotique East, Saint-Zotique East to Bélanger, and Bélanger to Jean-Talon East.

During these eight weeks, new street furniture, bike racks, and other facilities will make your visit easier. Cafes, terraces, accessible toilets, and parking will also be available. Colorful ground markings will evoke the luminous signage of the 1950s and 1960s.

PlazaPalooza Returns
After last year’s success, the PlazaPalooza music festival, formerly Atmosph’air, returns from July 4–7. Enjoy free music with both emerging and well-known artists, plus DJs to get everyone dancing. Pedestrianization allows for street performances, dance battles, games, workshops, and more activities for the whole family.

Sales and Back-to-School Events
During the festival, Plaza St-Hubert hosts its traditional July sidewalk sale, with special offers from local merchants. From August 22–25, the season concludes with another sidewalk sale featuring street entertainment—perfect for shopping for new clothes and preparing for the back-to-school season.

Accessible by bike, bus (lines 18, 95, 30), and metro (Jean-Talon, Beaubien, Rosemont), Plaza St-Hubert ensures a safe and clean summer experience.
